biography Gray spent most of her life thinking she wouldn't be a Pokemon trainer. Growing up in Anistar, she was led to believe she would take over her mother's business running a clothing store, sourcing out fabrics and traveling - definitely traveling - but not necessarily with Pokemon. Unfortunately, her older sister got the first dibs on running the clothing store, and shortly after graduating, Gray was left floating. Basically, she needed something to do. Out of desperation or boredom, or a combination of both, Gray found herself applying for the position of Dex Holder when Kalos put out a notice needing new trainers. They had had a family pet, but the little Skitty never battled. Gray didn't know what to expect. They learned some basics in school, but chances are, she's underprepared. Nonetheless, the seventeen year old is heading out with a trusting heart and open mind.
